We want you to love your Silkwave order. If something isn't right, here's how we can help:
Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
